Thoughts About Dad or Father's Day? Please Join Our Blog Carnival
Monday May 10, 2010
If you blog about parenting or family, please join the All About Parenting Blog Carnival for June, which I'm hosting here at the Adoption & Foster Care site. This month let's focus on dear old Dad for Father's Day since Mom got the spotlight last month for Mother's Day.
In a blog carnival, different bloggers give their own take on a designated topic and submit their posts to the host. Check back here on Monday, June 7, for a collection of funny, touching, determined and heartfelt blog posts about fatherhood.
So, feel free to share the good and the bad about fatherhood or your Father's Day traditions. Blog your favorite memory about your own dad, whether he be your foster, adoptive, or birth father. Dads - speak up and share your feelings, hesitations or the simple blessings of being called, "Dad." Make us laugh, cry or think - after all, father knows best.
Here's how it all works:
•Write a blog post within the fatherhood theme noted above, between now and June 1, 2010.
•Include a link to this post somewhere in your entry.
•Email the title of your post, the permalink, and your name and email address directly to adoption.guide(at)about.com with "Blog Carnival" in the subject line.
•Off-topic entries and those that do not follow the above guidelines will not be included.
